In fact, we have won first place twice in a satisfaction ranking for real estate companies. This ranking was based on valid responses from a survey of foreigners who made rental inquiries through Japan’s largest multilingual real estate portal for foreigners.
We placed on top, attributable to high ratings from foreign customers regarding our hospitality, language support throughout the entire process, including inquiries, applications, and post-move-in follow-up, and extensive property proposals tailored to the lifestyles of foreign residents.
